What a price on this site means

Every figure published here is a starting range for a typical house. The number for your house is set at a walkthrough, and that is the number that counts.

What this site is

This website describes the permanent and seasonal lighting work Green's Holiday Lighting Pros does across Middle Tennessee, out of White House, Tennessee, and gives you a way to ask for a price. Using it means you accept what is written on this page and in the privacy policy.

Prices here are estimates, not contracts

The ranges on this site, and any figure the estimate tool returns, are starting points based on typical jobs. Price follows the linear feet of roofline and how the house is built, and no two houses measure the same. Nothing on this site is an offer to do work at a fixed price.

Permanent systems are not priced online at all. They are quoted at the house, because the roofline is measured once and lives there all year.

Asking for an estimate

Getting in touch starts a conversation. It does not book a date and it is not an agreement to do the work. A date is held once Green's has walked the property and you have both agreed what is being lit and what it costs.

The work itself

What can be lit depends on the roofline, the access and how the house is put together. Green's does not hang lights supplied by the customer and does not work on Govee systems, so everything installed is the company's own stock. Where something is not possible you are told at the walkthrough, before any work starts.

Weather moves dates. The safety of the crew comes first, and an install or a takedown can be pushed to the next workable day.

Text messaging terms

Green's Holiday Lighting Pros runs two text message programs and you agree to them separately, by ticking one or both of the two boxes when you ask for an estimate. Neither box is ticked for you.

The first program is about your own job: confirming a walkthrough, scheduling an install, a service call or a takedown, quotes and estimates, and answering a question you have asked. The second is marketing: seasonal offers, discounts and service updates.

Agreeing to either one is not a condition of buying anything. Leaving both boxes blank does not stop you from booking a walkthrough or from having the work done, and it does not change the price.

Message frequency varies. Messages about your own job come when something about the job changes, so they cluster around a walkthrough, an install and a takedown, and marketing messages are occasional and heaviest in the run-up to the season. Green's does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your own plan and carrier.

Reply STOP to any message and that kind of message stops. You get one confirmation that it has stopped, and then nothing further. Stopping the marketing messages does not stop the ones about your own job, and stopping either does not cancel any work. If you want them back, reply START to the same number, tick the box again the next time you ask for an estimate, or say so on the phone.

Reply HELP to any message and you get a reply naming the business and this phone number. Or call (629) 500-3218 and speak to somebody.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Whether a message arrives depends on your carrier's network and coverage, which is not something Green's controls.

These messages are sent in line with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and with the carrier rules that apply to business text messaging, and with applicable federal and state law. Numbers are added only from a box someone ticked themselves, and an opt out is honored on the number it came from.

What happens to your mobile number, and to everything else you send, is set out in the privacy policy. The full messaging terms are on the SMS terms page.

This website

The information here is published in good faith and is kept current, but it describes typical work rather than your property. Decisions about your house should rest on the quote for your house, not on a page here.
