What this site does with your details
Short version: Green's Holiday Lighting Pros collects what you choose to send when you ask for an estimate, uses it to price and schedule the work, and gives it to nobody else.

What the estimate tool does
The answers and the address you put into the estimate tool are sent to Green's when you submit them, along with your name, phone number, email and anything else you fill in on the booking form. They are used to work out a price for your house and to get a walkthrough on the calendar.
They go to Green's and to the booking software that carries the message. Nobody else sees them. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers or lead brokers, and you are not added to a mailing list unless you tick the box asking for one.
Text messages
Two of the questions on the booking form are consent boxes for text messages. They are separate, neither is ticked for you, and neither has to be ticked for the form to go through. The first covers messages about your own job: confirming a walkthrough, scheduling an install, a service call or a takedown, quotes and estimates, and answering a question you have asked. The second covers marketing: seasonal offers, discounts and service updates.
Agreeing to either is not a condition of buying anything and does not change the price. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your own plan and carrier.

Your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Analytics and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, both provided by Google. Green's Holiday Lighting Pros uses them to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure which advertisements lead to contacts.
These tools set cookies and collect information that includes IP address, device and browser type, the pages visited, how long a visit lasts, the page or search a visitor arrived from, and whether a visit followed an advertisement. This information is used to measure traffic and advertising performance. It is not sold, and it is not used to identify visitors by name.
Information entered into the booking form and the estimate tool, including names, phone numbers, email addresses and property addresses, is not passed to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Visitors who prefer not to be measured can install Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or turn off ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com. Cookies can also be blocked or cleared in most browser settings.
Photographs
Every photograph on this site is a real job. Location data is stripped from every image before it is published, so a photograph of a house cannot be used to find that house.
How long anything is kept
A request for an estimate stays in Green's records as the history of the job, the same way a written quote would, or for as long as the law requires it to be kept. Ask for it to be removed and it is removed.
Keeping it safe
What you send is held in the booking software Green's uses to run the business, behind an account only Green's can open. It is not kept on paper in a truck and it is not passed around. No system that carries information over the internet can be called completely secure, and this one is not an exception, so nothing on this page should be read as a guarantee that it cannot be breached.
What you can ask for
You can ask what Green's holds about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw your agreement to the text messages at any time. Call (629) 500-3218 and say which one you want. There is no form to fill in, and asking costs nothing.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children under 13 and Green's does not knowingly collect anything about them.
